Main info: Three apartments, six bedrooms, private 24/7 pool, 40 meters from the sea, 350 meters from the nearest restaurant and 1500 meters from the grocery shop.

Vast house contains three apartments and one shared unit on the ground floor (340 square meters). One of them is decorated. The house offers comfortable and modern accommodation units for 14 people. Private pool (24/7), several terraces, three kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, closed garage (120 square meters), BBQ.

40 meters from the sea, 350 meters from the nearest restaurant and 1500 meters from the grocery shop.

Two boat berth available 40 meters away.

Each unit has air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

All accommodation units are equipped with safe, washing machine and also free bicycles available.

Unit 1:

70 square meters large common room and a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, toilet, shower and a terrace on several levels with common swimming pool and a barbecue (chimney). Also a children’s corner with swings and slide. Terrace offers a panoramic sea view. Terrace has its own covered part. It is equipped with garden furniture.

“Fantastic villa with amazing views!”

The villa was perfect for our two families of five. The pool was great with incredible views over the sea. It was all very clean and well stocked with loads of bedding and kitchen equipment. Maria and Tommy were always on hand to help with anything. The location was perfect for us with plenty of swimming options in the crystal clear water off the rocks, a two minute walk away and two great cafes on the rocks next to the sea open all day. Altogether a really fantastic villa!!

How do damage deposits work?
