Ionia House sleeps 5 in two large bedrooms, this lovely property has a beautiful private swimming pool, central air conditioning. Three lovely terraces, including a large terrace perfect for outside dining, all with stunning views over town and as far as the beach.

Situated only five minutes walk from the center of town in a quiet and friendly local neighborhood. Ionia House is traditional in style but a totally modern property, fully air conditioned, wireless internet connection throughout and with hand crafted wooden ceilings, floors, kitchen and bathroom all together makes Ionia House the perfect beautiful place to stay at all times of the year.

All 100% cotton linens are provided with bath towels and pool towels too.

Bedroom 1

Spacious bedroom with comfortable orthopaedic double bed, air conditioning, wooden ceiling and floor, built in wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables and reading lights and small safe.

Bedroom 2

With a choice of either two single beds, or a large double bed. Air conditioning, wooden ceiling and floor, built in wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables and reading lights.

There is a comfortable chair that can be openend to make an extra single bed when required, sleeps 3 comfortably.

Kitchen

Hand crafted kitchen fully equipped with large fridge freezer, dish washer, gas stove and electric oven, drinking water cooler and all appliances and tools needed for a comfortable stay.

Dining area

Situated by the kitchen with dining table and four chairs, this lovely bright area overlooks the garden patio with glass door that can be opened fully.

Lounge

Bright area perfect for relaxing and reading with comfortable sofa, chair, coffee table and all enhanced by the wonderful views of the Byzantine castle.

With clothes washing machine, hot water boiler and plenty of storage

Situated in the front of the house and paved with stone this 30 square mt area with flower beds and an open fire place and barbeque.

Here there is a dining table and chairs for 6 and comfortable garden furniture perfect ambience for dining and relaxing Beautiful niches with soft lighting makes romantic evenings perfect.

Terrace 1

Swimming pool terrace. Raised 15 square meter pool terrace with swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrella and fresh water shower. Wonderful views can be enjoyed from here

Terrace 2

This terrace is raised higher than the pool terrace and has a comfortable sofa, large enough for sleeping and relaxing and a coffee table, from this terrace you can enjoy outstanding views over town to the Byzantine Castle, St John’s Church, the Ephesus hills and as far as the beach

Why can't I call Alison (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
