Ideal for those who want to escape from the chaotic and stressful city life to find the pleasure of a small world. Valleprata holiday apartments is a small family-run guest house situated on the outskirts of Sellano, a village between the high peaks of the Monti Sibillini and Valnerina. With short trips (30 km) you can reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria: Assisi, Spoleto, Foligno, Norcia, Cascia.

"The Lake", "Arbutus", "Aspic": these are the names of three charming fully furnished cottages that can accommodate from two to six people (a total of 13 beds). The three rooms have a kitchen (cooker, fridge, coffee, crockery, toaster and oven), dining area, bedroom with double bedrooms, bathroom (with bath and shower, bidet and hairdryer), linen included. There are TV room and dining room, independent heating and access for people with disabilities. Free Wi-Fi Internet.

Outside, in the period may-September, guests can relax at the swimming pool with solarium and barbecue area with wooden tables and benches for outdoor grills.

Homes are provisional with TV in bedroom and in dining room, heating and access for disabled people. Free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside, in the period from May to September, our guests can relax in the pool with sun terrace and barbecue area with wooden tables and benches for outdoor barbecues.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
