Valleprata holiday accommodation is situated in the green heart of Italy among Lakes, mountains and castles. Ideal for those who want to escape from the chaotic and stressful city life to find the pleasure of a small world. Valleprata holiday apartments is a small family-run guest house situated on the outskirts of Sellano, a village between the high peaks of the Monti Sibillini and Valnerina. With short trips (30 km) you can reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria: Assisi, Spoleto, Foligno, Norcia, Cascia.

"The Lake", "Arbutus", "Aspic": these are the names of three charming fully furnished cottages that can accommodate from two to six people (a total of 13 beds). The three rooms have a kitchen (cooker, fridge, coffee, crockery, toaster and oven), dining area, bedroom with double bedrooms, bathroom (with bath and shower, bidet and hairdryer), linen included. There are TV room and dining room, independent heating and access for people with disabilities. Free Wi-Fi Internet.

Outside, in the period may-September, guests can relax at the swimming pool with solarium and barbecue area with wooden tables and benches for outdoor grills.

Homes are provisional with TV in bedroom and in dining room, heating and access for disabled people. Free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside, in the period from May to September, our guests can relax in the pool with sun terrace and barbecue area with wooden tables and benches for outdoor barbecues.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giorgio (the owner) a message.

If Giorgio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
