This stunning ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a vast east and south facing sunny terrace, private, secure garden and large decked BBQ area. The views of the coast are stunning. Situated in the tranquil La Resina Golf and Country Club with its 9 hole golf course and gymnasium. It is located in between the typically Spanish towns of San Pedro and Estepona, both of which have popular weekly markets. Both the beach and Selwo Aventura Safari Park are only a few minutes away by car.

The apartment has a large entrance hall with a spacious lounge/dining area which leads out onto a huge double aspect (south and south-east facing) terrace (144 sq mtrs) with tables, chairs and sunbeds. The garden has a large lawn area, with a decked area with large fixed barbecue. The master bedroom has a king size bed , dressing room and en suite, full marble, bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a king size. The lounge also has a double sofa bed. Both bedrooms lead out onto the terrace, with tables and chairs for your morning coffee. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a second, full marble, bathroom.

It is with great regret that we have had to make a deduction on a security deposit for only the second time in the 10 years we have had our beautiful apartment at Lunymar Golf. On this occasion it was for 3 x stained bath sheets, 1 x stained single sheet and 1 x stained hand towel. Photographic evidence was sent but refuted as being genuine. The bath sheets were brand new this year and were as a direct request by guests for larger bath towels. Everything that could be tried to remove the stains was done but to no avail. So removal of the items was our only recourse. We would never expect any of our guests to be given stained linen to use. The items have been brought back to the UK. We have always prided ourselves on the presentation of our apartment and at no time do we allow anything to become ‘shoddy’. We have always wanted our guests to enjoy Lunymar Golf as much as we do and to meet their expectations, and more. Our apartment at Lunymar Golf is NOT a business but our much loved holiday home, and we only ever want guests to enjoy themselves there as much as we do. The wonderful English couple that look after our apartment are there for our guests throughout their stay, ensuring that everything is as it should be and to inform us when things are not, as on this occasion. Please be assured that a deduction to a security deposit is as a last resort, when all else has been tried and cannot be repaired. Replacement is our only choice. Please do contact us if you have any concerns or queries – we want to ensure EVERYONE enjoys the holiday they deserve.
