Description

Sunset on Semaphore is an executive apartment on the esplanade at Semaphore. It is spacious and has extremely comfortable beds and seating. At the front of the apartment is a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea at Semaphore. The views are uninterrupted and every night there is a sunset right in front of you. Breakfast supplies are provided and there is complmentary wine and cheese on arrival. You are hosted by Brian and Gwen who can provide you with local knowledge and suggestions for outings and eating options.

You are five minutes away from historic Semaphore Road with a range of cafes, restaurants and other shopping options. A train takes you to the centre of Adelaide in just 25 minutes.

Getting around

Many of the attractions in the local area are within a short walk from the house or by the use of the local train service. The city of Adelaide can be easily accessed by train and is recommended as it saves parking costs in the city. Historic Port Adelaide is easily access by car, train or bike. There are a range of museums around the area and if you wish to visit a few in one day, a car would assist as they are spread around the area.

Interaction with guest

Your hosts live on the ground floor and are available to assist you on request. The hosts ensure you have breakfast supplies during your stay and can provide you with local knowledge and tips on local activities. The hosts do not enter your apartment unless requested to do so. Your apartment is accessed via a staircase from the ground floor hallway. Please note the hallway is a shared zone with the owners.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GWEN (the owner) a message.

If GWEN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
