Hop on board of Villa Batô Jempiring, our new wonderful 5 bedroom villa, the perfect holiday home for large families or groups of friends looking for relaxed luxury!

Tucked away in a perfectly central yet peaceful and very sought after residential area, Villa Batô Jempiring is only a 3 minutes walk from Kudeta beach and a 5 minutes walk to all the lively restaurants and boutiques of Seminyak.

The five air-conditioned bedrooms each feature super king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and private wooden or stone terraces.

Recycled wood from colourful local boats is the central theme is which has been used throughout the property and gives it a completely unique vintage touch.

All rooms have antique floors from hardwood, are individually decorated and offer wonderful views of the garden and pool through the floor to ceiling glass doors.

Discover the big sunken living room with panoramic window into the huge pool, a signature feature of our villas, lagoon style, clear turquoise colour, with a mother of pearl incrusted beach and lots of shallow areas to play and relax.

Various comfortable sunbeds can be set either in the water of the shallow beach for an intense tanning session or onto the manicured lawn under the lush tropical green of the garden for a cooling nap.

You can enjoy cable TV or movies on the huge screen in the living room, comfortably seated on the large and cosy sofa. Close the floor to ceiling glass doors and put the AC on or leave it open to enjoy the breeze of the evening. The kitchen is integrated and offers a big bar style table for a relaxed snack, or a cup of tea and a nice big fridge to store the ice cold beer.

This is as well where our chef Ketut creates culinary wonders on the hot stone grill. Just chose from his tempting western and local menu and for cost price of the ingredients plus 10%, he will do all the shopping, preparation, grilling and cooking to suit all your needs.

Just a couple of steps up, the outside dining area, surrounded by the lagoon of the pool features a huge table from Lychee wood and seats 10 adults very comfortably. One of the central places in the house where everyone gathers for delicious meals or a glass of wine and hangs out for a chat.

Covering 750 square meters, the shingle-roof property comprises a large two-story building complemented by an independent one-bedroom bungalow, well integrated within a lush, flat-lawned garden.

Inclusions: All taxes, full time staff as below, free flow purified water, local coffee and tea.

Villa manager – Mrs Ketut will greet you, help you organize car or motorbike rentals, massages or other beauty treatments, personal trainers or Yoga at the villa. She can book for you a selection of tours and things to do. She will adapt the staffs working hours for you if needed and is always available if you have a problem or question.

Cook- Mr Ketut ( means actually fourth born) is a wonderful experienced cook and will take care of your breakfast in the morning and all other meals.

Maids- Ayu, Putu and Iluh all smiles, will try their very best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Security guards- Pak Wayan (first born) and Pak Agus will make sure you feel safe.

Gardener/Pool attendant- Pak Made (second born) is a talented gardener and pool attendant but you will see that he unveils his real talents as a barman and cocktail mixer. He comes back in the evening for those of you who like to drink a cocktail or two.
