This villa located in a very strategic quiet area just behind the Red Carpet Champagne Lounge in Seminyak and is walking distance to Seminyak main strip “Oberoi Street”. Designed with modern tropical design this villa offers a great sensation for summer living experience in Bali. It has easy access to many popular places nearby in Seminyak, Canggu, Petitenget, and Kerobokan area. Located in Jalan Braban, Seminyak, no more than a 5-minute drive to Seminyak beach.

This contemporary architecture, 500 sqm Villa has been built for the Bali lifestyle and holds two varying structures, the first, being the main house. Consisting of one spacious living and dining area, an open space kitchen and a bedroom with views to the lush and beautifully landscaped private garden, Pool and Jacuzzi.

The glass doors open up to enjoy the Bali atmosphere in Al Fresco style dining or keep the glass doors closed to enjoy your dinner at the large dining table in a cool air-conditioned atmosphere with small beautiful indoor garden, suitable for 8-10 guests.

On the second floor you will find the huge Master bedroom suite with open view to the pool and garden area along with a luxurious en-suite large bathroom to indulge the body and soul.

There are three further bedrooms downstairs one just off the main living area and two others separated for unlimited privacy. Each offers one bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom where guests can enjoy freedom, privacy and independence away from the Main House.

Each bedroom along with the main living and dining area offers Air Conditioning for comfort.

All bedrooms offer King Size beds. We can also offer extra proper beds on request or luxury air beds to provide room for extra guests or for guests wanting separate sleeping arrangements.

The price also comprises of FREE DRIVER and CAR for the entire stay, from airport pickup to drop off, and any tours and trips, free gourmet breakfast choices, cooked for you every day.

We welcome children too, under adult supervision.

Making your own meals or don’t want to think about cooking and have them cooked for you by our chef is easy with the fully equipped kitchen. From appliances to utensils. You will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full-course sit-down dinner.

Need your morning coffee? No problems, with the latest Nespresso coffee machine and a wide selection of flavour capsules for each individuals taste along with a variety of mugs, and also Americano coffee maker.

The Villa includes FREE, fast, fiber optic and stable WiFi. Cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms, it is self-contained and with no shared facilities for your privacy. The entertainment system includes a 42-inch plasma TV, a DVD player, wireless headphones and an iPod docking station with speakers. We also have international power adaptors for your convenience.

2 courtesy Indonesian mobile phones are provided for use during your stay. Perfect to call local numbers to arrange tours, keep in touch with your driver, order food delivery or for large groups to stay connected with each other.

The Villa has an immaculately kept, lush green garden and huge, inviting private pool with Jacuzzi attached. Along with outdoor gazebo and deck chairs, it is perfect for those lazy, sunny pool days and balmy Bali nights.

We can also offer a pool fence for your stay if you have small children (for circa USD$150 for a week total price).

Private parking and carport is available to fit a large car or numerous scooters.

- Seminyak Square, a popular restaurants and shopping arcade which is located at the main district and the heart of Seminyak with markets, book shop, bottle shop, cafés and restaurants.

Just behind the Red Carpet Champagne Lounge in main eat street, Seminyak. There are plenty of fashion strips and 24-hour convenience stores nearby.

Famous for its nightlife, buzzing Seminyak offers an impressive choice of entertainment, from bars and restaurants to renowned venues such as The W Hotel, Ku De Ta, The Red Carpet and Potato Head.

Popular eats such as Barbacoa, Mamasan, Sisterfields, Revolver, Sarong, Metis , La Luciola - the list could go on.. are all close by on the main strip and are definitely worth checking out.

The area is family-friendly with places like Museum Trick Art 3D and Lollipop's Playland and Café. There is a wide array of child-friendly cafes and restaurants, both around the corner and in nearby Oberoi Road.

The Villa does not have a washer and dryer but our lovely housekeeping can arrange for your washing to be done and back the same day if required.

Once you complete the booking you will receive detailed check-in instructions including contact details and phone number, the exact address of the Villa and arrival directions. You will be met on arrival at the Villa and provided with 2 sets of keys.

A shower is mandatory before swimming in the pool- otherwise the sunscreen will contaminate the water and cause it to become turvy, this forces use of more chemicals to clean the water, which are not ideal. This is for your own comfort and enjoyment. There is a shower right outside by the pool

No pets- and no visitors pets either, for clarity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
