The apartment “Il Girasole”, 40 sqm, is on the ground floor of Villa Pedossa, an antique farmhouse full of charme with a total of 5 apartments dating back to the 1700s and beautifully restored. The Villa, 7 km away from Senigallia and its famous Velvet Beach, is surrounded by olive trees and a huge garden with fruit trees.

The apartment, stylishly furnished, can comfortably accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 4 guests and overlooks the garden and the swimming pool. It has independent entrance and a private outdoor (shaded) living and dining area facing the pool.

It is the ideal to host couples, families with 1/2 children or 3 adults. The apartment “Il Girasole” is composed of:

- one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190cm);

- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and small double sofa-bed (120cm x 180cm);

- private bath with shower, bidet, hair dryer, courtesy set and slippers

E' stato un piacere ospitarvi presso la nostra struttura, in particolare nell'appartamento Il Girasole, e siamo lieti che abbiate trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza tra mare e collina grazie anche alla nostra posizione centrale a pochi minuti dalla bella spiaggia di Senigallia e a poca distanza dal Monte Conero e dai tanti borghi e luoghi d'interesse della regione come le Grotte di Frasassi, Recanati, Corinaldo, Urbino ecc che avete avuto modo di visitare nell'arco della giornata. Siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato anche la nostra piscina e l'ampio giardino dove ognuno può trovare, se desidera, la propria privacy e godere di piacevoli serate all'aria aperta e in relax. Siamo anche grati che la nostra attenzione agli ospiti sia stato un plus facendovi sentire "a casa fuori casa" e che abbiate notate la cura nelle pulizie e in ogni dettaglio.
