The apartment “Il Grano”, 40 sqm, is on the ground floor of Villa Pedossa, an antique farmhouse full of charme with a total of 5 apartments dating back to the 1700s and beautifully restored. The Villa, 7 km away from Senigallia and its famous Velvet Beach, is surrounded by olive trees and a huge garden with fruit trees, a large pool and a Jacuzzi.

The apartment, stylishly furnished, can comfortably accomodate from 2 to a maximum of 4 guests and overlooks the garden, the orchard and olive grove. It has independent entrance and its own private outdoor dining and relax area with table and chairs shaded by a parasol in a more reserved location respect to the other apartments (facing the orchard).

It is the ideal to host couples, families with 1/2 children or 3 adults. The apartment “Il Grano” is composed of:

- one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190cm);

- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and small double sofa-bed (120cm x 180cm);

- private bath with shower, bidet, hair dryer, courtesy set and slippers

The apartment is fully equipped for your best comfort during your stay including:

E-bikes and MTBs are available at the villa under reservation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alessandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
