The apartment “Il Ciliegio” is 30 sqm large and is on the first floor of Villa Pedossa, an antique farmhouse full of charme with a total of 5 apartments dating back to the 1700s and beautifully restored. The Villa, 7 km away from Senigallia and its famous "Velvet Beach", is surrounded by olive trees and a huge garden with fruit trees, a large pool and a Jacuzzi.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people up to a maximum of 3. The view from the windows is of the hilly panorama beyond the garden surrounded by olive trees and the swimming pool and orchard.

“Il Ciliegio” is a cozy apartment in Villa Pedossa furnished with antique and modern furniture. It is the ideal to host couples. It has independent entrance and a private outdoor (shaded) living and dining area facing the pool.

The apartment is composed of:

- one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190cm). Upon request, an additional bed for children or a cot are available;

- a living room with equipped kitchen and dining table;

- private bath with shower, bidet, hair dryer, courtesy set and slippers.

In addition Villa Pedossa offers a professional bocce court, a barbeque, a wood-burning oven, a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and drying racks), a living room (with TV, coffee maker, kettle and microwave), a free uncovered video-surveilled private parking and a covered garage for bicycles and motorbikes.

Moreover, at Villa Pedossa you can regenerate with yoga classes and even with a relaxing full-body massage in a dedicated area of our garden (according to weather conditions)!

E-bikes and MTBs are available at the villa under reservation.

We also take care of the environment and our guests' well-being offering microfiltered still water from the water purifier located in the portico of the villa.

Siamo molto contenti che abbiate notato la cura con cui è stato eseguito il risanamento conservativo e l'arredo interno e che abbiate colto le molteplici possibilità di itinerari che offre la nostra posizione qualora non si voglia solamente godersi la tranquillità della campagna a bordo piscina o fare esclusivamente un soggiorno balneare nella vicinissima Senigallia. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
