Snuggled in the enchanting scenery of the Marche countryside at just 7km step away from Senigallia and its famous "Velvet Beach", in a strategic and quite position, Villa Pedossa is the ideal spot for your stylish holiday escape in Italy, from the frenetic rhythm of the city, alone or with your family or friends, without giving up the style and city's comforts: Your Country Escape!

The Villa itself is a very old farmhouse which dates back to the end of the 1700s. It has been beautifully restored respecting its original structure and paying meticulous attention to details and to the selection of high-quality materials and furnishings, all that resulting in a lovely blend of tradition and elegance, style and function.

Villa Pedossa has 5 charming holiday apartments accommodating 12 to a maximum of 18 guests using addition beds (or 20 if there are kids).

The apartments, Il Girasole (the sunflower), L'Olivo (the olive tree), Il Grano (the wheat), Il Ciliegio (the cherry tree) and Il Nido (the nest), all finely furnished, feature marvelous views of the surrounding countryside and face onto the splendid and spacious garden of the Villa.

They are all with independent entrance (but at the same time connected by an internal access) and free internet Wi-Fi. They all offers one or two bedrooms, private bath (with shower, hair dryer, courtesy set and slippers), living room and completely equipped kitchen. The apartments are fully equipped for the utmost comfort during your holiday in the splendid hills of the Marche region:

In the huge garden of the Villa, surrounded by the olive grove, you can relax in the open air, read a book, have a meal outdoor or enjoy the pool area: here you find a large pool (14mt x 6mt), a 4-person jacuzzi, a solarium with deck chairs, beach beds and umbrellas, comfy sofas in the poolside gazebo and in the one by the orchard.

Moreover at your disposition further outdoor areas perfect for your ‘al fresco dining’ and relax with your family or friends, including a marvelous portico suitable also for large groups dinners. In addition the property features a professional bocce court, a barbeque, a wood-burning oven, a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and drying racks), a living room (with TV, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and ice maker), an uncovered private video-surveilled parking and a covered garage for bicycles and motorbikes.

Moreover, staying at Villa Pedossa you can regenerate with yoga classes and even with a relaxing full-body massage in a dedicated area of our garden (according to weather conditions)!

E-bikes and MTBs are available at the villa under reservation.

We also take care of the environment and our guests' well-being offering microfiltered still water from the water purifier located in the portico of the villa.

A typical trattoria and a pizzeria can deliver their delicious Italian meals and gourmet pizzas directly to the Villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
