Response from the manager
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback; we value your comments. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the broadband provider, caused by some recent storms, which affected broadband/Wi-Fi for the area. The owner did try to work with them to facilitate a quick fix. Unfortunately, this was not possible, but it has since been addressed. Not living locally, the owner was not aware of the state of nearby works and is sorry this may have had some impact on your holiday. The Blu Ray player has been replaced. We are glad you found the cottage comfortable and were able to enjoy the coastal walks and beaches virtually on the doorstep, and we would love to welcome you back.
