Originally built in 1789, the apartment has been carefully modernised to retain many original features, but offer self-contained apartments of high quality. The accommodation consists of two separate apartments on ground and first floor, which can be rented separately or together, sleeping 2 and 5. Both retain the feel of a comfortable holiday Home in Tuscany with a homely atmosphere and fantastic views.
Situated in a quiet traditional Italian village where the village folk are pleased to welcome visitors. It is convenient for discovering the delights of the Cinque Terre or the inland market towns. Along with access to Pisa, Florence by rail or car.

Apt:1 - Entrance lobby and snug:
A relaxing informal snug area including traditional Tuscan fireplace, TV, armchairs are situated to the right, to the left there is access to the main living area and bathroom. Bookshelf with reading material and a sofa bed.
Bathroom:
Is fully tiled fitted with W.C. Bidet, Shower with glass cubicle, large hand basin, bathroom cabinet and towel rails. An automatic washing machine, together with iron/board and household cleaning equipment are also included.
Main living/dinning room and kitchen:
This consists of one large spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen area and island in one corner. The kitchen includes microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and gas hob along with ample oak kitchen storage units. Nearby there is a large traditional sideboard for storage of utensils etc.
There is a large oak dinning table together with eight chairs and other traditional furniture. From this area there are arched double doors leading onto the private terrace, which is equipped with additional table and chairs together with sun lounges provided.
Bedroom:
Twin or a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and dressing table and chairs. From this room there are also French windows leading directly onto the private terrace overlooking the valley.
This apartment offers spacious accommodation, but with the addition of a large terrace offering unparalleled views. Therefore, if it is taken in conjunction with apartment No.2 the house offers perfect family holiday accommodation.

Apt. 2 - Hallway, leading off to the left the master bedroom + en-suite, to the right the twin bedroom. At the end of hall leading into main open planned living area, though which is the third single bedroom and main shower/bathroom room. (Apartment sleeps five in total)
The living room has a traditional Tuscan built fireplace with wood burning stove. Furnished to a high standard with comfortable homely furniture. Twin sofas, sideboard, satellite tv, music centre, radio, coffee table, side table with soft lighting. Reading material, and games are also provided for our guests.
Dining area having extending oak table seating for 5 to 6 persons. New china, glass and cutlery, placemats and napkins are also provided.
Kitchen area newly fitted kitchen has been provided containing electric oven, gas hob, ceramic kitchen sink with mixer tap, marble work surfaces, fridge, extractor fan unit, microwave. All kitchen pots and pans, bake ware, kitchen utensils, soap, dishcloths, tea towels, cleaning utensils, Ironing board, iron, clothesline and pegs are all provided at no extra costs to our guests.
Master Bedroom + en- suite with king size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, dressing table, electric plug for hairdryer, easy/nursing chair. From this bedroom the window overlooks the courtyard garden below. Connecting en-suite W.C, washbasin and vanity unit.
Twin Bedroom containing two single beds each with their own chest of drawers and bedside lamps. Window overlooking the mountains with valley pasture below.
Single Bedroom being a smaller but charming bedroom as it is south facing, has bedside table, chest of draws, single bedroom chair. Window overlooks arched pathways through the village and bell tower.
Shower Room has also been newly installed containing w.c. Overhead shower with glass door, washbasin with vanity unit, towel rails.
