Excellent Cottage for holidays. If you are looking for rest, here will find it. Enoturism area(Bacalhoa & José Maria). Close to beautiful beaches as Arrábida, Sesimbra and Troia. The house has garden, pool, patio, balcony private.

It´s an apartment register as Local apartment in Setúbal townhall under the nº AL-7187/2015 of 30/01/2015, 5895/AL.

This property is located in the Arrábida Natural Park near the village of Portela, close to Vila Nogueira de Azeitão and Setúbal. Is set in a picturesque village, surrounded by fields and pastures, but about 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. It has two floors, comprising living room with fireplace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool; fully equipped kitchen also with access to the garden and a dining area overlooking; 2 double and further 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds with access to small terrace.

The Natural Park of Arrábida has a temperate climate throughout the year, that much is due to the sun, which appeared many hours per day and the proximity of the sea, offering fantastic and numerous beaches in the region. The beach Portinho Arrábida is surely one of the most beautiful in Portugal, where the crystal clear waters full of small boats, overlooking the Natural Park impress visitors.

Azeitão is an integrated wine region in the district of Setúbal - a few kilometers and 30 minutes from Lisbon, with access from both existing bridges over the Tagus (25 de Abril bridge and bridge Vasco da Gama) - evidencing the transition to the region the Alentejo plains out of sight and picturesque villages. In this region, strongly rooted cuisine delights the visitors and invites them to understand the origins of this tradition, a vital part of a heritage that spans across generations. The main dishes are undoubtedly fresh fish and delicious seafood, but do not resist Azeitão cheese and the most typical sweets - pies Azeitão, made ​​from soft eggs and cinnamon. Tem dois andares, compreendendo sala com lareira, com acesso directo ao jardim e à piscina; cozinha totalmente equipada também com acesso ao jardim e a uma zona de refeições sobranceira; 2 quartos de casal e ainda 2 quartos com 2 camas individuais com acesso a pequeno terraço.

O Parque Natural da Serra da Arrábida tem um clima temperado todo o ano, que muito se deve ao sol que se mostra muitas horas por dia e à proximidade do mar, dispondo de fantásticas e numerosas praias na região. A praia do Portinho da Arrábida é decerto uma das mais belas de Portugal, onde as águas cristalinas repletas de pequenas embarcações, com vista para o Parque Natural impressionam quem visita.

Azeitão fica numa região vinícola integrada no concelho de Setúbal - a escassos quilómetros e 30 minutos de Lisboa, com acesso por ambas as pontes sobre o Tejo existentes (ponte 25 de Abril e ponte Vasco da Gama), evidenciando já a transição para a região do Alentejo, de planícies a perder de vista e pitorescas vilas. Nesta região, a gastronomia fortemente enraizada faz as delícias dos visitantes e convida-os a compreender a origens desta tradição, parte vital de um património que atravessa transversalmente as gerações. Os pratos fortes são, sem dúvida, o peixe fresco e o delicioso marisco, mas não resista ao queijo de Azeitão e aos doces mais típicos – as tortas de Azeitão, confeccionadas a partir de ovos moles e canela.
