From the owner

Tenuta Placella is an estate of 9000 sqm completely fenced-in and has an olive grove with centuries old olive trees from which it produces extra virgin olive oil DOP. Inside is also a citrus grove, fig trees and other fruit trees, a small pine forest with hammocks, a vast green lawn, a feature building with a wood oven and barbecue and pool. This is open from May to September and is reserved only for guests of both villas.

It is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise, 2km from Serranova, a little village, and 5 km from the sandy beach and natural reserve of Torre Guaceto, .

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. It is divided into 2 apartments both with 2 bedrooms, and this characteristic makes it perfect to accommodate a group of 2 or 3 families because they will live all free time together but also having their privacy.

One is a two-story house that sleeps 4 plus 2 more with a sofa-bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device. Upstairs you'll find the sleeping quarters with 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning, while downstairs there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and bathroom.

The other is a one-story house equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device. It sleeps 4 plus 2 with a sofa-bed. There are 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom), 1 bathroom, a living room and a cooking corner.

The owners do not live on the estate, but during the day will be nearby to follow other olive grove of the farm and at least a weekday will be present for the maintenance of the garden and pool cleaning. They will always be ready to assist their guests for every need, taking care in dispensing advice on itineraries, monuments, beaches, festivals and landscapes of Salento, where to eat and local characteristic Apulian specialties, fresh fish, grilled meat, pizza baked in wood oven at great prices.

How do damage deposits work?
