Nature, sea, beach, rocks, sand, culture, heritage and gastronomy are the words that classifies the area around the apartment. Built on sand of the beach, with direct access to the sand and sea. This is the 1st apartment of the building with 2 fronts (sides) direct to the ocean. Simply amazing the privileged position and glorious views from inside.

Perfect conditions for the practice of sports such as sailing, diving, big game sport fishing and, most recently, canoeing, surf, windsurf, and skimboard. Cabo Espichel acts as a protection to Sesimbra's sea, thus offering sailors calm waters. For those who prefer rowing, canoeing can be the perfect option. Windsurf and kitesurf, that demand favorable winds and calm waters. The mild climate, in conjunction with a calm sea, translucent waters, diversity in the marine flora and fauna, and the wrecks of sunken ships off the coast transform the bottom of the Sesimbra Sea into the perfect scenery for diving.

We stayed here in September and absolutely loved it. The views were incredible from every room and we never tired of looking at them. The awesome beach is 5 minutes walk away and same with restaurants… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro (the owner) a message.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
