Rio / Sesta Godano The Canonica, the former parsonage of the village of Rio, is majestic and beautiful views from the spacious terrace on the Val di Vara. On the square by the church in addition there are two mighty evergreen oaks. - A large entrance, giving access to a cozy living room with authentic ceramic wood stove. - The bedrooms each have 2 x 1 pers. bed (2m x 90cm). - The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. - The bathroom has a shower, large sink, bidet and toilet. - In the corridor are located on either side the two bedrooms, both with a door to the terrace. The hall itself has a door to the terrace. - The terrace is very spacious, with a large dining table. It lies on the south-west. - All in Canonica have restores the original arches ceilings. There is WIFI and parking. - Pets considered. Rio is a small 30 min. From the coast / sea

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miriam (the owner) a message.

    If Miriam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
