Magnifique appartement traversant F4, 75 m2, pour 2 à 4 personnes, labellisé 'très bon confort » par Hérault Tourisme et l’Office du tourisme de Sète, dans la résidence « Méditerranée » avec porte sécurisée, 9ème étage avec ascenseur, entièrement meublé et décoré contemporain , sol en carreaux clairs, traversant, avec vue imprenable mer, port et colline St.-Clair. Chauffage central. Comprend 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle à manger attenant au living (23 m2), 1 cuisine entièrement équipée, 1 WC séparé, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle (possibilité de prendre des douche également en position assise), 1 corridor de distribution, Wifi, 1 loggia vue port et mer (avec table pr 4, banc, chaises longues et hamac), 1 loggia vue colline St.-Clair et mer (avec petite table, idéal pour petit-déjeuner ou apéro et lunch au frais en été). 1 TV 3D avec lecteur CD BlueRay, Radio stéréo avec lecteur CD, etc. Non-fumeur (alarme fumée incendie). Animaux pas acceptés. Situation : plein centre-ville, mais loin des nuisances du grand trafic routier. Pas de terrasse de restaurant et bars en bas de l'immeuble. Tous commerces et halles et marché de Sète à 250 m. Belle promenade de bord de mer, Plage du vieux port St-Louis à 1000 m, crique de Nau à 2300 m, plage de la Corniche à 3100m. Bains thermaux et piscine Obalia de Balaruc à 4 km.

Vous allez vous faire du bien à Sète, petite Venise sur la côte française, une ville charmante et vivante de par son port de pêche actif et son intense vie culturelle. Une destination idéale même en basse saison. La disposition d’un garage en pleine ville est un avantage considérable pendant la saison estivale ainsi que pour découvrir les alentours.

The beaches are nearby.

- 1 reserved secure parking-space for one car (max high 2 meters) in garage (Parking are scarce and expensives in Sète). 1 shared garage for bicycles and motorbikes,

- Location: city center, shops and Sète's market hall at 250m. - The shuttle bus to the Thau Basin or to the beaches are nearby.

- Rental station: electric bike at 100 m, motorboat without license and jet ski at 500 m Sand beach at 2300m. Municipal swimming pool and beaches easily accessible by public transport (bus stop 100 meters away from the apartment).

Per 1 week period. - Rental per week from Saturday to Saturday ( exception for short stay of minimum 4 days / 3 nights, but start or end of stay imperatively Saturday = price on request). 2021 rates: 490 to 895.- Euros, - A damage deposit of 350€ will be asked upon arrival, in check or cash and given back at the end of the holiday.

Locataires sympathiques : jeune couple quarantaine avec 2 beaux enfants charmants et bien élevés, etc... Ils semblent ravis de leur séjour et des bonnes adresses que nous leur avons leur a données. On ne les a pas entendus pendant les 2 semaines de leur séjour estival !!! Ils ont su tout su faire marcher correctement : télé, machine à laver, etc ... (le rève quoi !) . Ils disent avoir apprécié la région, tout comme l'appartement traversant. Ont trouvé les gens charmants, les Sétois gentils, les commerçants adorables ... ... tip top … des suisses quoi !!!

Well equiped appratment in very convenient location for town.

The flat has an excellent vantage point overlooking the port to the East and Town to the West. It is comfortably furnished and well equiped. A garge is an asset with local Parking very busy.

How do damage deposits work?
