I will be happy to welcome you in this apartment where I live, beautiful place of life, passage and sharing, imbued with beauty and serenity, bathed in space, water and sun. At the foot of Mont St-Clair, in a luxury residence, new, quiet and secure, on the 7th floor with elevator, swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, free parking. The double room that you will occupy is equipped with a bed 2 places and has a view on the pine forest. It is in a large apartment of 110 m2 in which I live and where 3 rooms are dedicated to renting, absolutely no smoking, bathroom and separate WC; we will share common areas: large living room with open kitchen equipped where you can make your meals, beautiful terrace of 13 m2 with a splendid view of the sea and the pond Thau. Neighborhood Marches du Soleil, 10 minutes walk from the beach, near the spot Kitesurf and windsurfing, 6 km from Balaruc, many buses. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Included in the price: water, electricity, internet connection, sheets, pillows, blanket Not included in the price: meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), towels and toiletries, use of the washing machine (use fee 8 E, laundry included), tourist tax 0.88 E / night / person to pay on arrival Visits are not allowed. Our friends the animals are not invited with their master. Possibility to rent from 2 nights, weekly or monthly. I will be present during your arrival as well as during your stay (except exception) and look forward to sharing with you this wonderful place and my knowledge of this beautiful city of Sète.
