Acogedora casa situada en un pequeño pueblo llamado Samalea en el municipio de Piloña, en un enclave de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Está bien comunicada, cerca de playas como la de Ribadesella, también de Arriondas para poder hacer el descenso del río Sella en canoa y al mismo tiempo de las zonas de montaña como los Picos de Europa y el Santuario de Covadonga. La casa dispone de router WiFi para conectar el móvil o para utilizar el ordenador.

La casa cuenta con un porche con mesa, sillas y sombrilla donde se pueden realizar las comidas o hacer el uso social que se desee. La planta baja tiene una cocina-comedor-salón completamente amueblado y un servicio.

La primera planta dispone de un salón, desde el cual se accede a la parte trasera de la casa donde se encuentra un pequeño jardín con barbacoa. En esta misma planta se encuentra una habitación matrimonial con baño incluido. También, si fuese necesario se dispone de una cuna para bebés. En esta misma planta se encuentra el router WiFi.

Finalmente la segunda planta cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con un gran escritorio por si se necesita trabajar con un ordenador portatil cómodamente. Además, en esta planta también hay un baño completo.

En la parte trasera se dispone de un pequeño jardín con una barbacoa y mesas y sillas para disfrutar de comidas o cenas.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Irene (the owner) a message.

    If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
