It does not get much better than this! A brand new luxurious log home situated on 2 1/2 acres, fantastic views, perfect location between Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Dollywood. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING!! Located less than 1/8 mile off of Upper Middle Creek Rd. Our brand new Mountain Time Cabin will deliver what you are looking for in a Luxury Mountain Retreat. You can enjoy all the splendor of the Smoky Mountains with views of Mt. LeConte and the English Mountains from the 2 story open great room featuring a 26 foot high wall of windows, stacked stone fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD player, and 2 leather sofas (1 is a queen sleeper). The expansive great room, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room to relax, entertain and play. Relax outside on the 1000 sq. ft. of deck, upper and lower, that wraps completely around two sides of the home and offers a hot tub, gas grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The dream kitchen is fully stocked and features a large stacked stone center island that seats 6, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The spacious master suite is located on the second floor and offers a luxurious king size bed, seating area, mountain views, large flat screen TV and large full bath with custom tile shower. You can even enjoy beautiful mountain views from the bathroom! The first floor offers 2 more large bedrooms, both complete with king beds and a flat screen TV, one having private access to the deck. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room plus an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the large loft and game room with beautiful mountain views as you play pool, watch movies on the large flat screen TV or play video games on the 60 Game Arcade machine. Wi-fi available. There is an additional queen size leather sleeper in the loft and access to the upper deck. We are centrally located between downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country, her new water park. Pigeon Forge also has an entertainment strip that offers numerous amusement rides, go carts, and other attractions. While in the area be sure to visit Ober Gatlinburg, a ski resort and amusement park. This is also the home of the overhead Tram, which can transport you from the top of the mountain directly to downtown Gatlinburg. Downtown Gatlinburg is home to Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies, a 1.4 million gallon world class aquarium that is home to more than 10,000 exotic sea creatures and the worlds most spectacular underwater aquarium tunnel. The aquarium was also named as the nations top aquarium in January, 2009.

There are numerous shopping outlets, together with the multitude of local arts and crafts stores within minutes of our cabin. Golf, white water rafting, fishing, excellent restaurants, sight-seeing, hiking, etc., are literally minutes away. Gatlinburg also ranks just behind Las Vegas as the destination wedding capital of the country. There are numerous wedding chapels located throughout the area, and it is not uncommon to be walking the main thoroughfare in Gatlinburg and see a bride, a groom. This certainly adds flavor to the festive nature of the city. Mountain Time cabin offers off-street parking directly at its front door. Check In is 4pm and Check Out is 10am. RENTAL AGREEMENT SUMMARY:

Maximum occupancy - 10 guests. Minimum Stay - 2 nights. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Damage Deposit - Required for security & will be refunded within 7 days of Checkout date if no damage to the property or furnishings or excessive cleaning is required. Cancellation Policy - 100% refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. Smoking & Pets are not allowed. Renter must be 21 years of age. All guests are the sole responsibility of the named Renter. Owners are not responsible for accidents. Linens and bath towels are included with the rental. The cabin was just as described. We had a wonderful time. The views were very nice, only 20 min to pigeon forge. Close to everything yet away from the main drag. Would definitely recommend!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If LAURA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
