Are you looking for a house that one is special and very beautiful for your vacation? choose this charming old village church. The church is beautiful, spacious, stylish, cozy and comfortable. The Kraak Van Dam is a unique place near the Wadden Sea! Inside there are three bedrooms, toilet, bathroom and a great living room with well equipped kitchen. In your living room several cozy seating areas, as well as a pulpit, organ and pellet stove. Highly recommended for those looking for something special. Particularly, sleep in a church The house - The Van Dam Crack - has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. In two of the three bedrooms has a double bed, the third a double bed with a bunk bed. For little ones we have cots, highchairs and baby bath. The church hall Kraak is snug. That's because the various cozy corners. Still, it's bigger than almost any other holiday. The kitchen - well equipped for those who love good cooking - is two steps up above the church hall. The inner terrace is window height so you from the sidelines views over the village. Also downstairs on the ground floor is a sitting area with a wonderfully spacious sofa. A large living table can comfortably accommodate 7 people. And then there is a pool area and a corner where church benches are with beautiful art books on it. The vault, pulpit and organ highlights are obvious. Who cuisine delicious cooking keeps coming in the kitchen of De Kraak into his own. The facilities include a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and oven / microwave. Who loves to cook here has a wide range of kitchen utensils and plenty of good pans and trays. A basic supply of spices, oil and salt standard. The kitchen is fitted with a washer dryer. Sanitary In De Kraak his bathroom and toilet separated. The bathroom has a sink and a nice hot shower. The facilities are modern and hygienic. Breakfast there? For an all inclusive holiday feeling our baker delivers at your request a delicious bread basket. With a newspaper, bunch of flowers, eggs and orange juice they provide a breakfast in style. If you would like to use please email us about this. Bed linen and towels In preparing a stay in De Kraak should not lugging bedding. On arrival the beds are made for you. In the church are plenty of towels and washcloths are provided. Of course a car is conveniant to travel oraound our rural provence, but you can use our bikes (for free) to discover the surroundings with beautiful historic cities like Franeker and Harlingen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
