The holiday accommodation is unique and of 5 star quality. The Beach Hut provides a fully self catering and luxurious environment situated on the delightful shores of Shaldon Beach. The accommodation comprises a mezzanine sleeping platform with top quality futon bed, or the additional double sized sofa-bed on the ground floor may be used if preferred, providing sleeping for 2 - 4 adults or children. Comfortable lounge seating for 4 together with a small dining table is situated on the ground floor. There is a fully fitted kitchen with combination oven, induction hob, granite worktops and integrated fridge. The tumbled, marble tiled, wet room has a shower, wc. and wash basin, The Beach Hut boasts Travertine tile flooring throughout and a luxurious and cosy underfloor heating system for chillier days or romantic out of season breaks. Free-view satelite TV, DVD and WiFi are all available at the property. Bi-fold patio doors provide stunning views over the beach and river and lead onto the sunny, private terrace with it's own gate to the beach. Patio furniture with seating for four and a parasol are provided for your enjoyment.Private parking for one vehicle included.The Beach Hut is fully serviced with beds made up on arrival and towels provided. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katrina and Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Katrina and Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
