This loft is at first floor, in a historical stone gated house residential area that is right beside the Bund. With renewed exterior walls and reorganized alleys, the place looks clean and in order.

Unlike the commerce in XinTianDi and Tianzi Fang, this place has kept its residential style, where you will find the idea how the natives live, some, however, have been here for more than half century.

【About Location】

You have got the best spot!

Its within the Bund core area, 1 minute walking to the river side, where, if you are a fan of jogging, is definitely a nice track for it. We would recommend to do so in early morning or late evening, just to avoid the crowds of tourists.

3 minutes walking to the Yu Garden, 15 minutes to the East Nanjing Road, the pedestrian street, and the [Yu Garden] station of metro line 10 is within 10 minutes walking range.

The port of ferry crossing the Huangpu River to Pu Dong is just 2 minutes away. The most famous tourist sides are all within 20 minutes walking distance from the ferry station at Pu Dong side.

You can also explore the city in a different way with the mountain bike we provided for free. The 4 riding paths for bicycle, all start from the Gucheng park beside the house.Detailed route guide brief is provided at check in.

【About the apartment】

The apartment was delicately reconstructed and decorated in 2017 that you won't really feel the aging of century. It's designed as a loft, the dining room is right underneath the attic where the bedroom is located, at the two ends are the living room and open kitchen.

The furniture and equipment were well chosen, such as the super soft couch, king sized King-Koil mattress that is also used in plenty of 5 star hotels, the clean bath room with laundry and dryer machines would make your everyday fresh and comfortable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
