A luxury whole house self catering holiday rental consisting of 6 Large Bedrooms and an additional room that can be either or an office or the 7th bedroom. Slip back in time and go back to the glorious days of Art-Deco decadence in the 1930’s. Stunning Views, Accommodation for 12 adults and up to 4 children who will have their own beds in the same rooms as their parents. Highest Grade Award by English Tourist Board ( 5 Stars, GOLD STANDARD and multiple awards winners). Wheelchair friendly (Mobility Grade 1 & 2). An incredible cliff-top location and exceptionally sunny climate to produce one of the South England's premium properties. This is a grand detached house with decadently proportioned rooms: all main living and bedrooms have large windows topped by stained glass detail, framing the vistas. Art Deco influences include an upstairs sun room with huge sliding picture windows to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises by day and bay illuminations by night.Huge stained glass windows bring out the oak-panelled hallway, magnificent staircase and galleried landing.

Our house is suitable for large family groups with 14 adults and up to 4 children sharing parents rooms. It is never available for more than 16 adults.
No weddings, additional guests for parties or live/amplified music
Absolutely no use of the ornamental gardens for a marquee or any tent of any sort
No pets allowed if you try to instant book, a single pet may in exceptional circumstance be accepted if agreed beforehand with the owners, but an additional cleaning fee would always be payable

Why can't I call Laurence and Sharon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Laurence and Sharon (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurence and Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Laurence and Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
