From the owner

Villa Sharm was build in 2010 as a family villa. The concept was to create large open planned spaces with spaciouse rooms. The villa could have included 10 bedrooms but we chose large areas over small and cramped. The villa feels very spacious and a large group would not feel closed in. Inside the villa are various areas for your group to have their own private space. On the garden level there are two living areas, one has two games consoles PS3, two sofas, 42" TV and basic exercise equipment, Wii and a punch bag. The other has a 42" TV and a 4 seater sofa. This area leads on the the rear garden, decking and Jacuzzi. There is also one king bedroom on this level, WC, double shower area and laundry room.

On the ground level you are greeted with a double height ceiling designed in pharaonic stone which is overlooked from the first floor landing. You then move in to the reception areas that has a lounger leather sofa, breakfast bar which then leads on to a good size kitchen, this intergrades to the dinning areas and WC. Off the reception is the lounge that has a 42" TV, two sofas, panoramic windows with pool and sea view with floor to ceiling curtains. The lounge leads on to the large pool area and has views of the front garden and the sea beyond.

The winding staircase takes you up to the large first floor level landing with sea views and overlooks the entrance. There is a door leading out to the front balcony with sea and pool views. There are three bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has two king beds and bedroom three has one king bed. All have EnSuite showers, basin and WC. All rooms have air-conditioning. (bedroom 4, Bed 5 is on the garden level).

The next level is the roof, which is a large secluded open space with breath-taking views of the sea and Tiran Island. Guest are permitted to use the pool lounger up here if they wish and our house keeper will be happy to assist.

Outside the villa you have a BBQ area at the front with sea and pool views. This leads on to the large pool area with sun loungers. To the rear of this areas there are stairs that take you down to the garden level deck area with a Jacuzzi and garden. The perimeter is lined with trees.

The villa is within its own 1200 square meter perimeter and has over 600 square meters of internal open planned living space. Located directly in front of Ras Nassrani reef and beach with dive centres and 5 star hotels located along the coast. We are two minutes drive to Soho Square, 7min. sharks bay, 10min. airport, 20 min Namma Bay. The villa is located in a quite area called Montazah, which is the only area in Sharm that you will find large private villas by the sea. Villa Sharm is one of the biggest private villas in Sharm El Sheikh. We believe in quality over quantity.

The villa also has a build in water filtration system which is safe to drink from, saving you money and the hassle of large bottled water. Free WiFi is around the villa. You will be able to connect your own Spotify account to play around the main areas of the villa. Kids have their own area to game with Wi and PS3 while the adults just chillout by the pool in peace and quite.

Whether you are a couple on honeymoon or a family of 10 looking for some together time, Villa Sharm has something for everyone.

The Décor is modern and minimalist and includes six sofas, 3 TVs, Satellite, video and music servers that feeds the main areas. Villa Sharm has all the amenities that you would expect form a family villa of this size. Other private villas in Sharm El Sheikh don't come close for location, size and home comforts.

Villa Sharm pool has a swimming length of 13 meters and is in three sections; Kids, Main and Diving. Beside the pool is a BBQ area with patio that leads into the main lounge. The pool can be heated at an additional charge. Between May and September the pool temperature will be above 20 degrees. The pool falls to its lowest temperature of 10 degrees over winter (Nov-Feb). Kid: 6 meters wide, 300 mm deep and separated from the main pool by underwater bollards. Main: pool is 8 meters wide, 1200 mm deep. Diving: pool is 6 Meters wide 3 meters deep
