Nicely decorated, Townhouse, sleeps 7 people. Master bedroom features queen bed, TV and private bathroom. Spa room with the Jacuzzi tub for two with direct access to the master bedroom and balcony overlooking the woods of Shawnee. Two full beds and 32in Internet connected TV in the second bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Living room is spacious with open access to the dining and kitchen area, allowing enough space for a large family. Living room features 50 in TV with Roku connected to Netflix and Amazon Prime, fireplace and access to a small deck. WIFI internet access is included. The Shawnee Mountain Ski area is a walking distance, less than a mile away. The Delaware River canoeing and fishing, hiking trails, waterfalls, tubing, zip lining just a few minutes away. We provide access pass for the indoor pool and hot tub at Shawnee Inn Resort - 10 minutes drive away.

Golfing at Great Bear Golf Club and Shawnee Inn Golf Club all less than 10 minutes, Mount Airy Casino 35 is minutes away, Crossings Factory Outlets are 25 minutes away, and Camelback Ski and water park are just 30 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants and bars are just short drive away.

Our vacation place offers all of the convenience and amenities of a home rather than a hotel room. Hope you will enjoy our place and all it has to offer. We are proud owners that pride ourselves in taking care of our guests.

In the winter, enjoy the wood burning fireplace and a nice over-sized Jacuzzi tub after a long day of skiing. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! In the warmer seasons you are just 3 miles away from Hidden Lake, and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area providing what every outdoors-man desires including multiple hiking trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming and multiple picnic ares. Between the comfort of our townhouse and the location, you couldn't ask for anything more!

Why can't I call Jola / Tom (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jola / Tom (the owner) a message.

If Jola / Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
