A bright spacious comfortable luxury seaside apartment in the heart of Sheringham. This first floor apartment is moments from the seafront and town and provides a great relaxing space from which to explore.

The accommodation offers 1 double bedroom (**Please note: Previously the apartment was advertised as having TWO bedrooms - Unfortunately, due to changes in Fire regulations from 1st Oct. 2023 the second room can no longer be used as a bedroom as it is classed as an 'Inner room'). First floor apartment. Updated modern bathroom: with shower over bath. Open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen provided, please bring your own towels. Private allocated parking for one car behind apartments. Regret no pets.

Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday only. Short bookings when available can be Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri.

Location: beach 200 metres, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
