Your HOUSE in TOKYO center up to maximum 7 persons. Best for family or group of friends. Ideally located in a real local peaceful Japanese neighborhood, and close to biggest hub area Ikebukuro! flatscreen TV, WIFi, 4 new air condition/heater. Small car park available request in advance.

The neighborhood:

The area is near famous big hub Ikebukuro, huge shopping/dinning area connected with many trains and subway direct to all part of Tokyo. House is at Higashi-Nagasaki Station which is a quiet real Japanese residential neighborhood. Only a few minutes to Ikebukuro station is packed with shopping streets, duty free discount electronic mall, huge department stores, cafe, at least 300 restaurants and 1,000 shops !

The Space:

This is real Japanese neighborhood HOUSE, interior is newly renovated rare 3 rooms apartment with balcony. The best of western and Japanese rooms.

2 quality double bed and 2 single bed, 2 Japanese futons. 4 air conditions/heaters, 2 x flat screen TV, WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, hot bath shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, washing machine, mircowave, toaster, refrigerator, full kitchen, cooking tools

Guests can have whole house with total privacy. You can use everything in the condo. These are provided:

- Wifi (recommend get your SIM card)

Booking rules:

Please do not yet book this house if you do not agree the below:

- must keep your noises down especially at night after 9pm, close window if needed if you talk loud or big group. Sorry Japanese house has thin walls. If neighbor can compliant if too lousy

- prefer no late check in later than 9pm unless notify before, which means airport arrival at 6pm latest.

Check out cannot be earlier than 7 am unless notify me before.

- Japanese local neighbors like it very quiet and clean, so please respect our culture without party, TV or loud voice and keep it clean.

- Of course no drug. cigarettes allow only at balcony ashtray available if needed, not at doorway or outside the house.

- the WiFi is free but I recommend to get your own SIM card at airport and use mine as spare.

- absolutely No drugs or loud party. Suspicious of any drug and noises will involve local police, and will be locked out from from house.

Stayed for 9 days in this beautiful traditional Japanese house. Plenty of space and great location near Ikebukuro. We enjoyed the area and the house had everything we needed.

Why can't I call Kevin (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
