​On a low ridge overlooking the splendour that is Shoal Bay East, one of the top ten beaches in the world. Sit back and gaze over the unobstructed and breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean waters. Let your mind wander and escape from the rigours and stress of daily life.

Tranquility and romance or casual tropical family living – “Dreamcatcher” offers both. Built in a unique ranche-style, the villa’s design offers sweeping ocean vistas and gentle ocean breezes, inviting you to experience a private vacation retreat, featuring luxury bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, spacious open plan living/dining areas, an infinity pool and the choice of sunny or shaded verandas and pool decking.

Set around the open-plan living area, the bedrooms are offset to the east and the west in two wings, providing privacy for a romantic sojourn and security for family holidays with young children. The luxury Caribbean villa, which comfortably accommodates six to eight, includes facilities and amenities expected at a world-class resort, but secluded inside a fenced 1.4 acre private retreat, with easy road and beach access.

The master bedroom suite comprises a spacious bedroom and walk in dressing room, with king-sized bed, crisp white linens, elegant furnishings, large flat screen TV, DVD and I-Port / Sonos sound system. The adjoining bathroom, with deep bath, large walk-in shower and double-sink vanity unit is well appointed, providing the perfect place to relax and pamper yourself at the end of a strenuous days on the beach. Alternatively, wake early and watch the dawn break over Shoal Bay from the privacy of your own private balcony. The guest suite, with inviting king-sized four-poster bed, is set to off to the west of the villa. Double French windows open out onto the veranda overlooking Shoal Bay. Luxury imported bedding and linens; I-Port / Sonos sound system. This spacious room, with TV and ample storage has en-suite facilities with a large shower and double sink vanity unit. Bedroom three with a queen-sized bed, TV and I-Port / Sonos sound system, shares bathroom facilities with the fourth bedroom/study, also accommodating two on a sofa / truckle bed.

Adjoining kitchen, dining and sitting rooms open onto, and merge with, the large outdoor veranda to become one spacious living and dining area. The dining room boasts a magnificent imported Brazilian hardwood table comfortably seating eight. The living area features a built in fireplace which uses liquid fuel gel to give a beautiful ambiance, but no heat. The professionally designed chef’s kitchen/breakfast bar comes fully-equipped with granite work surfaces and top quality appliances, including a Viking double oven, Viking grill, GE monogram six burner gas stove, warming oven, American fridge, ice maker, wine fridge and two dishwashers.

The sunny pool decking, with infinity pool, hoy tub and comfortable flame-red pool furnishings overlook the beautiful green palm fringed, azure blue ocean. Outdoor facilities offer a choice of entertainment areas making for perfect al-fresco dining, relaxing or fun in the pool. The fenced garden is landscaped beautifully with huge bougainvillea, cacti and other indigenous plantings. A propane powered generator with automatic switch and TV security system offer additional peace of mind.

How do damage deposits work?
