This character barn conversion is located adjacent to a working livestock farm in the hamlet of Chatford near Shrewsbury in Shropshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Chatford Roost is a character barn conversion situated adjacent to a working livestock farm in the hamlet of Chatford near Shrewsbury and can sleep four people in one double room with en-suite and one twin room (can be super king-size double on request) with en-suite. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Located close to walks in beautiful countryside, Chatford Roost would suit a family or couples looking to explore this stunning area.

Electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVDs, WiFi with data points if required, security safe, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars in courtyard, ample additional parking available which is accessed via 7 steps through outbuilding. Enclosed lawned garden to side with patio, furniture and BBQ. Bike cleaning and storage area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Double bedroom has sloping ceiling with reduced access to one side of bed. Note: Cottage adjoins a quiet office building.
