We are now taking bookings and following a fully Covid 19 approved cleaning schedule.

Check out will be 10am on day of departure and check in at 4pm day of arrival.

Our cancellation policy is extremely friendly with a full 100% refund should the government advise against travel.

Windsor Place House. A stunning Tudor mansion smack-bang in the centre of the historic town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We feel we’ve created something really rather special. Windsor Place House sleeps up to 8 people, consisting of 3 luxurious four poster bedrooms, a family bedroom with 2 single beds, two reception rooms, a grand hall (of course), a high-spec kitchen, 6 loos (some are ensuite).

Windsor Place House particulars:

Lower ground floor: family kitchen, utility room, table football room, Safe Loo (an actual loo in a Safe!)

Ground floor: dining hall, drawing room, snug

First floor: super king master bedroom with ensuite, super king jungle four poster bedroom with loo, family bathroom

Second floor: super king four poster bedroom with ensuite, bedroom with two singles with loo

WPH is a Tudor building which is over 400 years old and on several levels. Therefore may not be suited to people who have mobility difficulties.

There is a loading bay opposite and also Windsor Place is a quiet road where we have a tradesman’s entrance into the utility/kitchen area for unloading.

We have an agreement with a private carpark only a few minutes walk away for parking for one car during your stay this is a secure carpark with a barrier and cctv.

We have three Holiday homes in total on trip advisor, our others are Windsor Place in Borth and 5 Star Uber Cool Converted Church in Oswestry. we have a certificate on Excellence on all!

How do damage deposits work?
