From the owner

Angkor's Sunshine is situated in a recent build villa. To avoid the busy center we have chosen this building to run a bed & breakfast.

All our 3 rooms have a private bathroom, TV with more than 80 channels (such as CNN, BBC world, TV5Monde, BVN, ...)

The rooms can be booked with or without breakfast.

There is a fully equipped kitchen free to use whenever needed for guests who stay longer than 1 week. Guests who stay less than 1 week need to pay 3$/day.

For long stayers(+ 2 weeks) there is a special price.

For guest who stay longer than 7 days we have free bicycles and pick-up at the airport. Free pick-up at the busstation and/or city center for all. If rent bicycles: 2$/day.

Special program is possible on request through our website.

We have 1 Deluxe single bed with Aircon (25 USD/night), 2 deluxe family with aircon (+28 USD/night) and 1 room for 4 persons (45 USD/night).

Breakfast (not included): 3 USD/person.

Well well. I'm not surprised to hear something so stupid from somebody who was whole the time drunk and stayed in bed (during 5 days went out for 1/2 day to the tempels (or buying beer)). Even think that there was some narcotic involved. It would explain why you where walking so many times on the street with only a shorts and some cans of beer in your hands. Your review leave me cold as ice because all the other reviews are good (4 & 5*). On booking.com: 9,2, Airbnb: 4,5 on 5. Maybe you find now in China a better place to stay after leaving (or through out?) the States but have some doubts because they will know you also after a while. Anyway: have a good life and don't worry about mine.

Why can't I call Lok (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Lok (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lok (the owner) a message.

If Lok (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
