It is composed of 2 buildings, the largest with kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoor. Nearby the terrace there is also a BBQ at disposition. The small building situated in front of the swimming pool is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with double sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms (one suitable for wheelchair user's). The position of the villa grants a lot of privacy to the tenant (no other houses nearby). There is air conditioning in all 5 the bedrooms, in the living room, dining area/kitchen (dining room & kitchen are connected, so one space...the AC split is in the dining area).
The property is completely fenced and has a large garden with a 12x6 meter pool, all for private use of the tenant. Restaurants, supermarket and some other shops are available in the little town of Radicofani (5 Kms from the villa).
