From the owner

Very nice farmhouse of the end of 1700 (already surveyed in the first cadastre of the Granducato of Tuscany in 1812) consists of two apartments with independent entrance and well separated, “La Loggia” and “Il Forno”.

Furthermore , the apartment "Il Forno" is divided on two floors (first floor and ground floor), each with separate entrance and can be rented either all together (the first floor and ground floor) or separately. The ground floor is recently built (2015) and is equipped both air conditioning and dishwasher.

All apartments are furnished with great care and respect for Tuscan tradition, with terracotta floors and characteristic wooden beamed ceilings. The villa is located in a beautiful location in the heart of Montagnola, a beautiful hilly and wooded zone declared "Site of Community Importance" by the European Union, only 10 km and few minutes drive from the center of Siena; and is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous "Via Francigena", with the possibility of beautiful walks starting directly from the house. Ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday and relaxation. Outer space, a real park bigger than 3 acres, allowing guests to each apartment to be able to isolate in perfect tranquility and enjoy in a "heart space", also includes a private pool, with chairs and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs. Availability of garden furniture and barbecue. Very quiet and relaxing, ideal for 2/3 families or group wishing to maintain their privacy.

'LA LOGGIA' is the bigger apartment - about 80 square meters-for 5 people, owes its name to a lovely porch where you can dine outside and comprises large kitchen / dining area and living room with working fireplace, a double room with double bed, a twin bedroom with 3 single beds (or, optionally, 1 double and 1 single), bathroom with shower, all furnished with valuable furniture and attention to detail. Outer space-very large - in addition to the pine forest and a large garden includes a swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrella and allows peace and privacy, even the most discerning guests. Availability of garden furniture and barbecue.

On arrival, be request the payment of "Tourism tax" that provides the fee of € 2.00 per adult x per night (up to a maximum of 4 nights in the same calendar month).

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vittoria (the owner) a message.

    If Vittoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
