From the owner

The Green Garden Apartment is at the ground floor and is particular and very functional. It’s facing on the wild garden where you can benefit from the luxuriant green and stay under the pergola to eat or enjoy the shadow and the fresh of the ocean breeze... maybe cradled by the hammock hooked-up to the coconut palm! Outside there is a table with chairs, two comfortable harm-chairs and hammock. The apartment is formed by a small kitchen fully furnished with all accessories such as fridge, freezer, microwave, 4 gas burner stove, oven etc.; in the living/sleeping area there is a stereo with radio, cd and Ipod exit, mosquito-nets, ceiling fan, safe, wardrobe and 2/3 single beds. Two of them can be attached to form a king-size bed. The bath-room is with hairdryer, wash basin, toilette and shower. There is also an open air shower with hot and cold water in the garden. Child cot / baby-crib up to 5 years or 3rd bed is available with a night supplement. Free High Speed wireless connection (Wi-Fi) available with also LAN cable connection. (Green Garden can lodge 1/3 people)

Why can't I call Stefano (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano (the owner) a message.

If Stefano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
