From the owner

The Two Palms Apartment (with sea view and garden view - ground floor - 1/3 persons max). It has a bedroom with two single beds that can be prepared as a king size bed, sheets of good cotton, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser and wardrobe with safe; there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything: 4 gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets, Italian coffee machine, american coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc; the bathroom has sink, toilet and a large shower.

At the entrance of the apartment there is a patio overlooking the garden with table, chairs, umbrella, hammock and garden with lawn on two sides around. There are 110 volt plugs (with the American system) and 220 volt plugs 10/16, Italian, European, schuko (German) and a ceiling fan. Air Conditioned is available in the bedroom with an independent split (due to the high cost of energy on the island) at a supplement of 10 USD per night (max 12 hours), or 15 USD per day and night (24 hours) and you can decide to take it also on the spot. If necessary it's possible to add and extra 3rd bed.

There are also free of charge the fastest Internet connection on the island with Fiber Optics with 20 MB of speed in download and 5 MB in upload, with Ethernet plugs or wireless (WiFi), water, light, bed linens, bath towels (not beach towels), snorkel gear and boogie boards. In the garden there is an outdoor shower and a parking place next the apartment.

We offer to our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment rental such as Surf, Windsurf, Kite and Sup with also a kayak, few bicycles and Car Rental. The Apartment is located at 80 meters from the sea and 130 meters far from the Silver Sands Beach.

Why can't I call Stefano (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Stefano (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano (the owner) a message.

If Stefano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
