Nestled right on the soft white sand of Simpson Bay, you will wake every morning to the soothing sound of the ocean and the refreshing smell of the sea. The waters are calm, warm, crystal clear, and serenely turquoise blue!
Guests enjoy a fully air-conditioned space, or the sliders can be opened to the fresh gentle trade winds. The open style floor plan offers a large, comfortable living room (with a HUGE TV!!) and dining area and a well-equipped, American Style kitchen with breakfast bar. All of this opens to a large balcony with seating overlooking the beach. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and another very large wall mounted TV overlooking the bed. The bathroom has a glass enclosed walk-in shower and a sink, all done in tumbled stone.
The community offers a good-sized shared pool and a well-equipped gym, and plush seating by the pool as well as chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. This St Maarten vacation rental property is only a short drive to casinos, shopping, a plethora of restaurants, banks, drugstores, water sports, salons, and supermarkets in Simpson Bay, and the night life in Maho. It is about 20 minutes to Philipsburg or Marigot, and only 8 minutes to the SXM airport.
