Villa Provence enjoys a majestic view from its elevated location up on the Pelican Key and offers breathtaking sunsets every evening. Imagine watching the sun set with a delicious local cocktail in hand while in your private pool or under the shaded wraparound veranda.... What a lovely way to spend the days on the friendly island.

The villa boasts 6 lovely bedrooms, each one has a different decor offering you a wonderful choice as your day comes to an end. This Villa is especially exceptional for a large number of people allowing everyone to be together in the common areas but large enough to have many separate areas when you just need that quiet private time…the view is magnificent, and the home is inviting.

Centrally located in Pelican Key, the heart of Dutch St. Maarten, enjoy Villa Provence and its warm hospitality this beautiful home awaits you or if you listen to the ocean, you will hear her even beckon you. Come to St. Maarten and you will never go anywhere ever again…can you hear the island calling you? See you in paradise.

Villa Provence offers complete privacy with beautiful gardens and a separate private entrance with electronic gate. This 6 Bedrooms and 4.5-bathroom villa has a spacious open floor plan complete with a large living room and kitchen and walls that open up for luxurious outdoor living on a large nicely furnished patio.

There are two master bedroom suites that feature king sized beds, private baths with showers and hair dryers, air conditioning, ceiling fans, French doors, screens and all of the luxuries expected in a fine home. The villa decor is contemporary in style with lots of comfortable furniture.

On the main level of the villa is a living room, kitchen, terrace, pool and deck, along with 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bath, and the other 2 bedrooms, each with king bed, share a bathroom. There is also a powder room on this level.

The lower level is accessed from an outside set of stairs where there are 2 more large bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths and terraces with views. Down the hall there is a smaller bedroom with a set of twin beds, but no bath. So, it is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths upstairs, and 3 bedrooms,2 baths downstairs sleeping 12 total.

A short drive away is Maho’s nightlife, shopping, restaurants and casinos.
