A Wonderful Place!!! Coco Beach Club #6 beach front 1200 sq ft, St. Maarten vacation rental in Dutch St Maarten, Simpson Bay Beach, near Maho night life.

Wake up in the morning and walk right out onto the beach at Simpson Bay when you stay at this new 2-bedroom 2 bath St Maarten rental condo. Coco Beach #6 has every amenity for a comfortable stay, including central air, satellite TV in living room and each bedroom, wireless internet and maid service twice per week (excluding Sundays & Holidays). There is a washer and dryer for your use.

The Coco Beach complex also has a large swimming pool which is shared by all residents. Coco Beach Club is only a short drive to St Martin banks, drugstores, supermarkets, video stores, casinos, theaters, restaurants, water sports, hairdressing salons, massage centers, gyms, cyber cafe, shopping, car rentals.... anything you need while on island.

It is about 15 minutes to Philipsburg and Marigot, the capitals of St. Maarten and St. Martin, and only a few minutes away from Maho and it's great nightlife.
