This updated, luxurious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom St. Maarten vacation rental is situated directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Simpson Bay. Unforgettable is located on the ground floor in the very sought after Las Arenas, a modern, high quality gated condo community.

This 2-bedroom unit also lower rates for use of only 1 bedroom... see rates below.

The ground floor location offers a unique vacation experience. The recessed sliding glass doors open fully to allow true "outdoor/indoor" living at its finest! Walk just a few steps to a gorgeous community pool, and just a few steps further to powdery soft sand of Simpson Bay beach. Completely refurnished after Hurricane Irma with new, calming neutral colors and décor.

The home is so comfortable and being fully air-conditioned, you’ll stay cool should you decide to close the glass doors on hot summer days. The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the living and dining area, which opens to the pool. There are two equal bedrooms, each with king-size beds and its own full bathroom, and a TV with cable programming.

Hello Beverly... I'm glad you enjoyed your stay... somewhere on Simpson Bay... but it was not at Unforgettable. This is a privately owned beachfront condo and not a resort... there is no front desk, no on-site restaurants, etc, at Las Arenas where this condo is located. Perhaps you stayed on Pelican Key at one of the resorts there, or Royal Palm?? At any rate, I don't want potential renters of Unforgettable to be misinformed about this beautiful, quiet condo...
