A luxurious fully furnished IBHK apartment in Villa Serena, Siolim, North Goa. Villa Serena is a small, contained society with just 20 apts. it is surrounded by green foliage with no concrete structures hindering the lush green view. The society has 24/7 security, parking, gym, jacuzzi and sauna, and swimming pool facility.

The apt is on the second floor with Thysenn-Krupp automatic elevators and has every facility to make it an intimate, cosy home. The balcony faces a hill with a sweet white chapel right on the top of the hill (10 minutes ) walk up the hill. The other side the apt faces the swimming pool in a cute little garden with majestic mango and peepal trees with hanging roots. The garden has lounge chairs, and a carpet of soft green grass with pretty flowers.

A haven away from the maddening crowd amongst whispering trees.It is well lit with lamps and lights, with bursts of cool breeze blowing through the windows and sliding doors. The apartment has 24/7 supply of warm water, piped cooking gas and other modern amenities.

If you should decide to be a part of the happening crowd and events at Vagator, watersports, Morjim, Ashvem - Arambol – then it is just a 4-10 km drive. The Saturday Night Bazaar, Flea markets are at a distance of 6 km. You have the best of both the worlds- a peaceful quiet stay and the happening places just at stone's throw from your place of stay. If required it becomes a service apartment with laundry and housekeeping available at minimum cost.

As you can see from my other reviews, I've got stellar response so far. I am simply aghast at how far these guests have gone to blow things out of proportion. If things were so unbearable, I wonder why they chose to stay with us for so long. I have it on record that I asked them to look for another place during their stay when things had gotten very difficult in between. Despite that they asked for an extension of five days beyond the original agreement to which I kindly agreed. Even on the last day when we met, they said that besides the teething problems that they had with respect to some amenities in the house, they had a pleasant stay overall. They even praised the security and domestic help of our place for being prompt and hard-working. To hear them rant and lie about so many problems post their stay is malicious. I had an unpleasant experience with them myself and found them rude and demanding. When I came to clean up after they had left, I found the house in disorder. Plastic bags had been strewn about, the refrigerator had been left uncleaned (with many open cans and vegetables left). Even the oven grill was left dirty. On top of that, the full length mirror had been broken. It's very childish of them to now claim that the stuff in the house was of poor quality and that the mirror was too costly. I asked for a quote from the market for the exact make and dimensions of the mirror and shared it with them. They made no response, paid the deposit and are now complaining? Very unprofessional in my opinion. The least I expected was to leave things on a happy note. But alas that was not to be. For them to write such acerbic accusations on my review that will forever hurt my chances to rent my place is very unsettling. I can only pray that I do not get such awful guests in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jugneeta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
