A perfect location between Sister Bay and Baileys Harbor. This home is away from the hustle and bustle of the towns, yet conveniently situated when needing last minute items or when wanting a little more activity.

The house just underwent a complete remodeling project including: hardwood flooring, painting, entire new kitchen, extensive bathroom work, including 2 new tiled showers, and new mattresses in bedrooms. We are very excited to update the interior of our home to make it up to date and inviting. Our guests continue to rave about how much they appreciate all the work we did updating the home.

This property has a view of the historical Cana Island lighthouse which is within walking distance. It is also located next to one of the State of Wisconsin Forests known as Spike Horn and Baileys Harbor Boreal Forest, which has a large hiking path and beach frontage.

The home, built in 1990, has all the modern conveniences you would expect. The two screened porches, facing lakeside, capture the beauty of the water and the lighthouse, as does the expansive deck.

We have added a new 80' pier for 2016 with a swim ladder.

The interior of the home has a foyer and great room which boasts a two-story ceiling with many windows that allow the natural light and surrounding beauty to enter from each side.

The kitchen is spacious and and opens up to the dining and great room. Appliances are new with dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Capable of hosting many guests this three bedroom home has access to three full baths. The master bedroom and bath are located on the main level as is the second bedroom and a full bath. The second level has a loft bedroom with a full bath.

The 6 acre lot is fully wooded with majestic cedars and pines. View wildlife visiting the back yard and enjoy a campfire in the fire pit next to lake.

This will be our third year of renting this beautiful home and have had hundreds of happy guests. We have over 20 reviews from guests with a 4.9 star rating.

I grew up in Sister Bay and have many years of experience in the Door County Vacation market. We also have other homes that are of similar quality if this home is not available.

The location is perfect; not in the middle of the noisy busy part of the county, yet centrally located and close enough to get most places in under 10 minutes.

Enjoy the abundant recreation of Door County such as; winery tours, golf, kayaking, zip lining canopy tours, Cana Island light house tours, performing arts, galleries, world class salmon and walleye fishing, hiking, wind surfing, sailing, diving on shipwrecks, romantic sunsets, and ongoing festivals. There are also endless dining opportunities to experience.

A great place in Baileys Harbor to check out is Lake Shore Adventures. They have glass bottom kayak tours of ship wrecks, Salmon fishing charters, zip lining canopy tours at Ridges Sanctuary, and lots of rentals (kayaks, jet skis, bikes, pontoon boats). Their office is located in downtown Baileys Harbor and they have a great website.

You'll find yourself relaxed and very comfortable in this home away from home.

    Great place to walk, including down to the Cana Island Lighthouse which you can tour. Close enough to all the Door County towns, restaurants, fish boils, outdoor music, fishing, etc.

    How do damage deposits work?
