In this beautiful apartment you will enjoy your vacations throughout the whole year. This modern, brighting, peaceful flat has two bedrooms - one with a luxury queen bed, the other with two individual beds - and also a comfortable sofa-bed (maximum capacity of the flat: 5 people).

It also has a complete bathroom with shower spa and an independent toilette.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee and other facilities.

There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

In the large dinning room you will find a cozy fireplace and a plasma TV.

You can also enjoy one of the best sea views from the terrace: you shall not miss the magical sunsets!

There is also a practical heating system to warm you up in the winter time (and don't forget the fireplace!).

In the community area you can enjoy the pool, the gardens around and a community parking zone.

The location is a privilege: in the quiet area of Aiguadolç, just a few minutes away from the harbor and 200 meters from the beautiful sand beaches. In just 10 walking minutes there is the city center fully of restaurants, bars, coffees and nice boutiques for shopping. Enjoy the amazing opportunities Sitges has to offer you and its incredible nightlife!

Dans ce bel appartement vous pouvez profiter de vos vacances pendant toute l'année. Moderne, clair et confortable, l'appartement a deux chambres - l'une avec un luxueuse queen lit et l'autre avec deux lits individuels - et un sofa-lit (la capacité maximale est de 5 personnes en total).

Il y a une salle de bain avec une douche spa et une toilette indépendant.

La cuisine est totalement équipée: un four, un micro-ondes, une lave-vaisselle, une machine de Nespresso et des autres ustensiles.

Moderno, luminoso y acogedor, el piso consta de dos dormitorios – uno de ellos con una lujosa cama queen y el otro con 2 camas individuales -, además de un práctico sofá cama (aloja un total de 5 personas. Se pueden añadir dos camas para alojar a dos personas más, con un coste extra).

Baño completo con ducha spa y otro aseo independiente.

Cocina totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, friegaplatos, café Nespresso, y otras facilidades. Espacioso comedor con pantalla de plasma y chimenea (por supuesto, un práctico sistema de calefacción te mantiene caliente durante los meses de invierno).

How do damage deposits work?
