******COVID-19. All Spain is since 21st June with no longer restrictions than face masks, body-distance and no big groups (>80 people). Our appartment is in a not big condominium, 40 neighbours, and pool is all day open with no major restriction **************

New for 2016 a luxury spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1st floor apartment with shared swimming pool and grounds plus underground parking.

Located approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sitges town and station, a few minutes walk from a choice of beaches, the port and within a stone's throw of a large supermarket and the Hotel Melia.

If the restaurants, bars, beaches, clubs included in Sitges attractions are enough for you then the centre of Barcelona, one of the world's greatest cities, is reachable by regular and direct trains from Sitges in 35 minutes. The beauty of Tarragona is accessed in the other direction by train in less than an hour. Centre of the Cava region 30 minutes away as is Barcelona airport.

Flexible sleeping configurations; Master bedroom is Superking, Bedroom 2 is Superking or 2 x 3 ft singles, Bedroom 3 is King or 2 x 2 ft 6 in singles, Bedroom 4 is double bedroom.

This is a quiet residential apartment within a private complex and is accessed via a short flight of stairs or lift. It is ideal for family groups or professional people.

House rules state no parties, pets or smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

Check in after 15.00 and check out before 10.00 - supplementi of €30 will apply for a check in after 21.00 and €40 after 23.00.

NB A touristic tax of 99 cents per guest of 17 years and over is payable for a maximum of 7 days upon arrival in cash to our managing agent.

Sitges is one of the most famous and exclusive resorts in Spain. The apartment has a mountain view and is located in the Balmins/Aiguadolc region within Sitges. It is a short walk from the centre of town - approximately 10 minutes. The area is very popular due to its proximity to some of the best beaches in Sitges and also a short walk to Sitges popular port district - with great restaurants and amazing views. The nearby shops and restaurants of San Sebastián beach are another local bonus

Hello, We are very sorry that this apartment and our services have not lived up to your expectations. We always try to offer the best so that the customer is satisfied, as can be seen from the many positive comments we have. In none of the photos or in the text of the ad does it say that the apartment is in front of the pool or with views of the pool. Regarding the problem with the partition, we try to find someone to fix it, but it is not always possible. Although in this apartment they had two other full bathrooms for 4 people. For us, the satisfaction of our guests is always the most important thing. Regards,

Why can't I call JOAQUIN (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact JOAQUIN (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JOAQUIN (the owner) a message.

If JOAQUIN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
