The study SITGES BEACH LOFT is located beachfront Navy AIGUADOLÇ with VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH (a few 100mts from the apartment.) Is in a first floor without elevator. It is a small but cozy studio of beach, yet elegant and marine style. A LOFT 35m2, a single environment, ideal for 2, comprising open kitchen area with a table for 2 and seating area with a sofa bed, convertible easily into a comfortable double bed 200x160cm. The loft has a bathroom, with bath and a washer-dryer. It also has a pleasant terrace overlooking the sea, beach and mountains Marina del Garraf as a backdrop. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 2, to enjoy a romantic dinner with a view. Equipped with air conditioning. Free WIFI. Flat screen TV with Freeview channels and some international SAT, CD audio, etc ... The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils for self-catering has everything you need for our customers to prepare their breakfast, snacks or dinner in privacy if They want. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
