Located in a desirable area, our vacation rental offers an open space on a lower level. Step inside and be greeted by an open modern fitted kitchen, a shower bathroom, and a spacious dining and lounge area. The sliding doors lead you to a sunny terrace, where you can bask in the sunshine and take in the serene surroundings. Living room is an excellent place to relax on comfortable l couches while enjoying your favorite TV shows or cozying up by the fireplace.

As you ascend the central feature staircase, you'll discover two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own terrace. The centrally placed bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for all guests. And there's more! One additional flight up leads you to the rooftop solarium. Prepare to be captivated by the simply stunning views. Picture yourself enjoying a romantic dinner with a breathtaking sunset as your backdrop, surrounded by a 360-degree panorama of the sea and mountains. On clear days, you can even catch a glimpse of Gibraltar and the distant coast of Africa.

Not only does our vacation rental boast incredible amenities, but it also offers a prime location. Additionally, a shared pool and sun area are available within this small private community, consisting of just 22 houses. And if you're in the mood for a beach day, fear not – it's just a short stroll away.

The community enjoys a gated entry and is well maintained. On a side of upper gate there is a parking lot for the residents.

You can occupy the apartment from 4pm and will need to vacate by 10am; however we are very flexible and will try to accommodate individual needs and flight times whenever possible, so please contact us and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.Electricity charge: 20 euro (June-September) and (November-March).

The house has everything to make your holiday comfortable: coffee machine (Nespresso!), air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, terrestrial TV, Chromcast device enabling streaming your favorite provider like Netflix ( your own subscription). Wii console, Blue Ray and small but well selected DVD and CD library. In June 2019 we changed internet from prepaid one to highspeed fiber.

We strive for best customer satisfaction and have been getting very good reviews for our house. So it was surprising and disheartening to hear from our guests that the place did not work for them. And while we take the feedback seriously, it is unshakable impression we got that the review is negatively biased, and as well omitting anything that we try to help with (for example an early morning check in, not a thank you for that in all communication with us). It got to a point of being ridiculous, where the guest sent us an early draft of the review where he mentioned that in a house for 4 there were only 3 beds (we have a queen and a king size that breaks into two full; this is clearly spelled in the house description and like in hotels when you book as a couple a room, you have one bed unless otherwise specified; and in addition I have communicated with Julie on the setup to prepare the beds; as mentioned this incidence did not end up in the “official” published review as I guess the guest himself realized the absurdity of the claim but well illustrates the attempt to come up with anything negative). Let me address some of the items brought up: - we have multiple sun flat beds and outdoor chairs available through the house that give a family of four many options; the configuration is continuously changing as we are improving and optimizing the setup (after all this is also our vacation house, there we and our friends have a great enjoyment); - the requirement of not bringing beds to the pool is a community regulation; the house belongs to a small and well maintained community, where the pool has been recently completely renovated; we actually getting overwhelmingly positive feedback how lovely the swimming pool is and how uncluttered- which is in part an outcome to respect certain rules. The pool photos in our post do not show any sun beds in this area BTW - limiting the sun (with smaller amounts of light getting in as a consequence) in the living areas is a feature common to Spanish houses; with the scorching heat the shadow and luck of direct sun exposure helps avoid overheating of the rooms; with 35C outside it is actually quite pleasant inside and if anything we spend most time outside on the terrace protected by a large shade - we’ll check the kitchen sink smell; it is undergoing a regular maintenance and last time I got it cleaned in June during my stay, but if some guests since then threw large food scraps in the sink it might have clogged. However, the issue was not brought to our attention during our group stay and we were not be able to improve the comfort in timely manner. - on the proximity to other houses; this is not a detached house but a townhouse (which is of course also reflected in the lower pricing for such an accommodation), and additionally in a prime area in Calahonda with close proximity to restaurants and shops; as such the buildings density is more urban; but these facts are very obvious, both from the description, pictures and additional info we have provided; so it is disingenuous to expect a villa with large garden and private compound. The town house was immaculate it had every thing you could possible need it is close to all bars restaurants and supermarkets the buses were close by, we really enjoyed our holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Iwona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
