This lovely, 3 bedroom town house is situated in the exclusive small community of Los Jarales de Calahonda, Mijas Costa. The complex offers a large pool area and swimming pool and has secure, underground parking with direct access to the house. The complex is ideally located at just a few minutes walk to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This townhouse is arranged over 3 floors and is well-maintained to a high standard. On the entrance level is the lounge/diner, furnished with comfy sofas, TV and dining table and chairs. There is also a guest toilet and the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen fitted with a breakfast table and chairs and an Air frier. From the lounge there is access to the tiled terrace and the steps down to the communal areas and swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with terrace table and chairs for outdoor dining.

On the upper level there are three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has use of a full en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms share a separate full bathroom.

The house has full air conditioning (hot and cold) and free WiFi

    Great location and accommodation

    Very nice complex within walking distances of supermarket shops, bars and beaches. Taxi rank and bus stop close by which is convenient if no car. Overall very good.
