This charming 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the complex Mediterraneo in the popular urbanisation of Calahonda. The complex offers stunning views over the valley down to the sea. Facilities include a communal pool and pool area and secure, gated parking. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor with access by stairs.

The bright and cheerful apartment is arranged over one floor and consists of an open plan style kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a convenient breakfast bar with stalls. The apartment decor is coordinated throughout and offers 2 modern bathrooms, one en suite, with walk in showers. The lounge offers access to the terrace equipped with seating and dining areas and is fitted with a BBQ. From this terrace there is a spiral staircase that takes you to the ample roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with sun loungers, dining table and seating area. This terrace also offers a BBQ and parasols to give shade.

The en suite bedroom is furnished with a king size bed while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The apartment comes with hot and cold A/C and WiFi.
