This is a new modern accommodation in the beautiful bay of Sivota.The apartment is fully equipped with a discreet and elegant decor, warm colors and breathtaking views of the picturesque harbor and the green islands of Sivota.

First of all, the appartment is on the first floor of our property. It is aproximately 40 square meters. When entering the appartment, you meet a very comfortable room, which has two beds, dressed with very nice colored covers and cushions.The room is a single place with the kitchen, which offers a comfortable cooking, as it is fully equipped with all utensils and also has a large dining table.The room is also air conditioned.
From the side of the kitchen there is a door leading to a large terrace.

The apartment also has two other balconies that offer breathtaking views of the picturesque harbor and the green islands of Sivota, relaxing views of people fishing, shopping, yachts sailing in the sea. The appartment also has a closed bedroom with a double bed, offers air conditionig and is very nice designed. The bathroom has a shower.

Some of the advantages are, the prime position with direct access to the small square of the port, 20metres from our property, it is close to cafes, taverns, and just 150 meters walking from the nearest beach, even for evening strolls. Ideal for families,with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during their stay,for couples as a romantic getaway ,and also for those traveling by boat. The quality of service, our homely hospitality, the elegant luxury, create together the appropriate atmosphere for relaxation. Our primary concern is cleanliness and a pleasant stay of our customers.

Our apartment also has fully equipped kitchen with all utensils.Towels are changed every 2 days and sheets every 3 days.

We don't offer private parking but there is enough area for parking outside the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Aggeliki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
